I specialize in medical massage and sports deep tissue. Book the amount of time you prefer, once we discuss your ailments, we will customize the massage to your needs.

PLEASE read before booking: Please show up approximatel 10 minutes before the appointment, so that you are on the table on time. Your massage starts at the time of your appointment, so if you are late, i can only accomodate the remainder of time. PERSONAL TRAINING

Initial Personal Training consult: You must start with a consultation before you book any personal training appointments. This free appointment will take approximately 50 minutes. We will establish your goals, fitness level, mobility, nutrition and end with a small workout.

Small Group Training: This appointment can be up to 3 people and will last 45 minutes. *Must start with a consultation first.

45 minute personal training session: $35 per session

Package of 12 sessions- 45 minute $360
